The traditional Strongman program, headed by our highly qualified Strength & Conditioning coaches, trains the participants to build maximum physical strength. It is a weightlifting-based sport that involves different aspects of mental and physical strength, speed and endurance. With the deployment of Strongman specific equipment such as Atlas Stones, Kegs, Log Bars, Yoke Bars, Prowlers and Flippers, the classes are dynamic and ever-challenging. By following our intelligently designed program, participants will not only lose significant fat weight, but also improve aerobic conditioning, not to mention a dramatic improvement in Strength and Core-Stability.
