This year, take on a fitness program that is more than a workout routine. Be a part of a community of like-minded female fitness enthusiasts committed to self-improvement and health betterment. Join one of Epic’s most popular program that leaves our students feeling stronger, more confident, and enlightened after every class.

Whatever your fitness level is, Epic Body Fit is a chance to enjoy a fun and exciting curriculum which incorporates disciplines from Muay Thai cardio, High-Intensity Interval Training, and weight training helping you to build strength, stamina and achieve results! Throughout your cycle of EBF, our dedicated instructors, nutritionist, and performance tracking system closely monitoring your progress will give you the support to effectively reach your fitness goals.

You will receive weekly informative emails on different aspects of nutrition to fully equip you with the knowledge needed to fuel yourself better. Our in house holistic Nutritionist will also be available to answer any questions as you continue your fitness journey.

Epic Body Fit Cycle 14 – New Year Edition!

Dates: 3rd January – 3rd March 2017 (9 weeks)
• 1 week break from 28th January – 5th February (Chinese New Year)
• As Monday, 2nd January is a public holiday and no classes will be held, you will receive an additional class coupon.

For $500/week, you will receive the following:

  • Balanced training program 5 days a week focused on burning fat, toning muscles and increasing cardiovascular capacity
  • Pre & Post cycle Tanita body composition scan
  • Individual Fitness & Nutrition tracking to monitor progress throughout the cycle
  • Weekly nutrition emails from our in-house nutritionist
  • 1 class coupon per week to explore other classes of interest
    (To be used within the registered Epic Body Fit Cycle term time. Can not be transferred.)
